12: Wherefore let him that thinketh he standeth take heed lest he fall. If you ever think you’ve gotten to the place where you have it all figured out then you need to "take heed". Pay attention and wake up. Our lives should be one of continually seeking God and seeking to grow in Him and get to know Him, His Word and His ways better. God is so glorious and there is so much to learn of Him. There will always be much more to God and His ways that you can discover. With each new touch from His Spirit comes a joyful revelation of Him that is like food to sustain you for another season of your life. Don't limit Him by thinking you’ve got it all together and could never fall or be deceived. Continually seek Him. By doing so you will remain standing on a firm foundation.
Confession: I realize that apart from God I could never stand. I determine in my heart to continually seek the ways of God. To continually live my life according to His Word. I will not try to live my life apart from Him. I will not try to stand on my own.
Obedience is a tree of life!
