The Bible says Jesus suffered for us. He suffered for our sin, sickness and poverty (See 1 Peter 3:18, 1 Peter 2:24 and 2 Corinthians 8:9). Whether we receive Him or not, He still suffered for us. Everyone who does not receive Him as Lord and SaviorHe still suffered for them. He still took the punishment for their sins. He suffered for us to be free from sickness and from poverty even if we never receive health or prosperity. He suffered for us so we could receive the Holy Spirit. God has had a plan for us from before the foundation of the world. He provided for us to receive gifts from Him. All of us have a calling and because Jesus suffered, we receive gifts from the Holy Spirit (Ephesians 4:7,8). Did He suffer in vain for us? Each one of us can make a decision that He will not have suffered in vain regarding our life. He is not glorified by us not receiving all He has provided for us. He is glorified when we receive the fullness of what Hes provided. If we dont take advantage of something He has provided for us then He suffered in vain concerning that promise. Matthew 25:14-30 tells us the Parable of the Talents. God desires for us to use what He gives us and what He has provided to us to profit His Kingdom. Make a decision to take full advantage of what He has provided for you. Jesus suffered and paid a great price for us to live in victory in the Earth. Dont think youre being a humble servant by not receiving all that He has suffered for. Take advantage of what He paid such a great price for and use it to advance His Kingdom. Use it to set people free! Use it to live in victory in your life!
God Bless you and have a great day! |
